Founder
A devoted mother and educator, Saleemah Zakaria founded The ChildTime® with a clear purpose to reimagine early childhood education through creativity, care, and values.
With over 14 years of experience in the Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) field, she leads with heart and vision, ensuring that every program at The ChildTime nurtures not only smart children but kind, confident, and balanced ones.
As an International Speaker and Jurulatih Kebangsaan Kurikulum Prasekolah 2026 (KP2026), Saleemah is passionate about guiding educators, parents, and leaders to embrace meaningful, future-ready education. Her signature HEART™ Framework and Project Based Learning (PBL) approach starting from 18 months are recognised for aligning with PERMATA and the national preschool curriculum (KP2026) reform.
A true believer in purpose-led education, she continues to inspire others to Laugh + Learn, lead with integrity, and nurture the next generation of Insan Sejahtera.

With over 19 years of experience in the ECCE vocational and operational field, Aien Malek brings exceptional expertise, structure, and passion to The ChildTime®. She plays a pivotal role in ensuring every centre operates smoothly and meets the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance.
Her deep commitment to children’s development and educator excellence makes her the tunggak utama operasi the pillar that transforms The ChildTime vision into daily reality. Known for her warmth and precision, Aien ensures that every classroom, teacher, and child reflects The ChildTime values of Laugh + Learn meets HEART™.

We believe in continuity of care, which is why our team is made up of permanent full-time and part-time educatorsnot casual or agency staff. This ensures every child is greeted by familiar, caring faces who understand their learning journey.
Each educator is trained in The ChildTime’s HEART™ Framework and Project Based Learning (PBL) approach, empowering them to spark curiosity, guide exploration, and build meaningful connections every day.
