The ChildTime® is an early childhood education brand in Malaysia built on one defining belief readiness is not limited to reading, writing, and counting.

In a rapidly changing world, children need more than early academics. They need the ability to think, regulate emotions, communicate, and adapt with confidence. Because of this, The ChildTime® was designed as a complete early learning system that focuses on how children grow, not just what they memorise.

Learning at The ChildTime® is intentionally structured to move beyond routine-based teaching. Through Project-Based Learning (PBL), Thinking Classroom practices, and meaningful real-life experiences, children are guided to observe, question, explore, and make sense of the world from as early as 18 months old.

The ChildTime® operates under Feetrah Sdn Bhd, backed by more than 15 years of experience in early childhood education, training, and system development. Today, it represents more than a centre it is a structured ecosystem that integrates curriculum, teacher capability, and child development outcomes.

Saleemah Z

Founder

 

Saleemah Z is the founder of The ChildTime® and a recognised practitioner in Malaysia’s early childhood education space.

With more than 15 years of experience, she has worked across childcare, preschool, curriculum development, and educator training. As a result, she brings both practical and system-level understanding into her work.

She currently serves as a Jurulatih Kebangsaan Kurikulum Prasekolah 2026. In addition, she is a Project-Based Learning (PBL) trainer, guiding educators to shift from activity-based teaching towards thinking-driven classrooms.

More importantly, her work focuses on redefining readiness beyond 3M. She advocates for an approach that builds thinking, emotional regulation, and real-world competencies from an early age.

Because of her perspective, she is also known as a “truth-teller in ECCE”, sharing real insights about gaps in early education and pushing for better practices.

Through The ChildTime®, she continues to shape a more relevant and future-ready model of early childhood education in Malaysia.

Aien Malek is the co-founder of The ChildTime®, supporting the operational strength and consistency of the brand.

She focuses on translating vision into execution. Therefore, she ensures that each centre reflects The ChildTime® standards, values, and quality.

At the same time, her role supports sustainable growth while maintaining a nurturing and structured environment for both children and educators.

Wawa Azmi

Wawa Azmi

Head of Curriculum & Academic

 

Wawa Azmi leads curriculum and academic development at The ChildTime®, bringing over 10 years of experience in early childhood education.

She is Jolly Phonics certified and a Project-Based Learning (PBL) certified educator. In addition, she has a background in Biology, which allows her to integrate inquiry and exploration into early learning.

Because of her expertise, the curriculum remains dynamic, relevant, and aligned with both national standards and The ChildTime® philosophy.
